OUR COMPANY 

Since Vintage Homes Group, LLC is Limited Liability Company, The entity consist of members. Four members total with one member/manager: Joseph E. Pearn.

Joe is the founder of the LLC with a positive insight to the home building industry.

Our general contractor is Jesse Morrison who has over 7 years of building experience in the Charlotte and surrounding area of North Carolina.  Working in a variety of price points he has developed a comprehensive understanding of building products and how best to achieve quality installation and scheduling.  Commitment to quality and delivering a positive building experience is the driving factors in his approach to building your home.  As a licensed General Contractor he looks forward to not just building a house for you but to building your HOME.  Jesse welcomes the opportunity to discuss the building process with you and how Vintage Homes could be an option when deciding on a builder in the area.

Our sales manager is Judy Sigmon. Judy has been in the home building sales business for over 13 years.  She has extensive experience in the new home construction process, land acquisition and work in progress accounting.  She is the first contact you will have at Vintage Homes and recognizes how important it is being the face of the company.  She is a licensed real estate broker in the state of North Carolina and believes that honest ethics are the core of any business.
